Parks and plazas provide happiness and increase land value when placing recreational structures. Prior to patch 1.4.0-f3, the parks and plazas category was formerly known as decorations, which included parks, plazas, trees, and pathways. As of the patch, landscaping has taken hold of the tree, rock, and pathway tools.
