Article stubs are articles missing information. Generally, they are under 200 bytes, indicated in the history page, although are commonly more identified when an article is lacking sufficient information. Articles with sufficient information may also be tagged as a stub if the article requires more information.
Template:Stub is used to identify an article as a stub. They are generally placed on the bottom of the article. The template may also be placed under a specific section to specify the need of a section expansion.
When an article has substantial information, the template can be removed.
